      hello my friends,update my dad is doing much better,he was in the hospital for ten days,for a bad infection in his kidneys,also he went back in yesterday to remove the three kidney stones, he came home yesterday afternoon he is doing great,I just wanted to say thanks for your love and support. have a great weekend, love ya!!!!

      Thanks. I am feeling better today. I know Criss does treat his Loyals the same but I was still not expecting to sit on his lap. When I got out of the Navy, I started working two jobs. I gained so much because I am too exhausted to work out. I hope to eventually just work one job so I will have time for exercise. I do plan to go back to Vegas soon to do Christmas shopping. Not sure when yet. December is nice because it's cheaper and less tourist.
